Heron Court

Heron Court provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 35 people, including 32 living there at the time of assessment. Inspectors found the service performing well overall and rated it Good.

Risks to people were properly assessed, with clear guidance for staff and enough suitably qualified staff on hand. Staff had built positive relationships with residents, and care plans reflected people's preferences. People and relatives spoke positively about the caring, approachable staff and management, and felt safe and involved in their care.
