Hawthorn Manor Residential Home

Hawthorn Manor Residential Home provides personal care to up to 37 older people, including those living with dementia and frailty. The service occupies two floors of a large building arranged around an enclosed garden and inner courtyard. Each person has their own room with en suite facilities and call bells for support.

People reported feeling safe at the home and expressed confidence in staff's ability to support them. One relative of a person with dementia commented that their family member is "happy and content" and enjoys the care provided, even comparing it to staying in a hotel.
