Hatzfeld House

Hatzfeld House is a residential care home providing personal care to younger and older adults with mental health and dementia support needs. The CQC rated the service Outstanding overall, highlighting exceptional, compassionate and person-centred care. Inspectors found staff and leaders had a deep understanding of people's individual needs, with strong partnerships with health and community services ensuring consistent, high quality support.

People and relatives described staff as kind, proactive and respectful, with residents actively supported to access community activities such as libraries and charity shops. Nutrition, health needs and communication preferences were carefully managed. Leadership was visible, open and focused on continuous improvement, fostering trust and a genuinely homely, inclusive atmosphere throughout the home.
