About Hatzfeld House
Hatzfeld House is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 42 people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, 32 people were living at the home. Risk assessments are in place to protect people's health and safety, with most reflecting individual needs. The registered manager responded quickly to environmental concerns raised during inspection, implementing changes that enhanced safety. People feel safe with the support provided by staff.
