About Christie Development Centre
Christie Development Centre provides personal care for 10 people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. The service comprises two separate homes, Christie House and Sherwood View, within one adapted building. Each person has their own single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while residents share communal lounge, dining room, kitchen and garden spaces in their respective houses. This domestic design allows people to live in small home-like environments and experience a full life within the community.
