The home actively supports residents to maintain meaningful contact with friends and family through both in-person visits and video calls. Staff use computer-based programmes that enable video and audio connections, which is particularly valuable for people with communication difficulties who can see and hear their loved ones. These arrangements ensure residents can stay connected with important people in their lives while adhering to safety protocols.
