Harwich House

Harwich House provides residential care and accommodation for people with learning disabilities, supporting up to nine people. Eight residents were living at the service at the time of inspection.

The service was not fully able to demonstrate how they were meeting underpinning principles regarding support, care, and culture for people with learning disabilities. Inspectors observed gaps in how the home ensured residents had access to the choices, dignity, independence, and community involvement that the service is expected to provide.
