Fleetwood House

Fleetwood House is a residential care home providing care and accommodation for people with learning disabilities. The home is registered to support up to eleven people, with eleven residents living there at the time of inspection.

Inspectors made recommendations about staff numbers and medicine management practices at the home. The service is expected to ensure autistic people and those with learning disabilities have choices, dignity, independence and good access to local communities.
