Hannahwood Transitions

Hannahwood Transitions is a care home providing support for up to 23 adults under 65 with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. At the time of the assessment, 21 people were living at the home. The CQC carried out this review after receiving concerns about staffing, culture and complaints handling, but found none of these were borne out.

Inspectors found relatives spoke positively, describing staff as kind and caring, with sufficient numbers on duty. Staff were observed supporting people with meals and daily choices in a dignified way, and helping people stay independent and engaged with their local community. The service remains rated Good overall.
