Hannahwood Mews

Hannahwood Mews is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to younger adults with significant physical disabilities and associated sensory, communication and learning disabilities. The service supports up to 14 people in one adapted building on the same site as Dame Hannah Rogers school. All areas are wheelchair accessible, and the home is run by the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust. Staff provide planned and coordinated person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive, enabling residents to live full lives with meaningful control, choice, and independence.
