Hampton Care Home

Hampton Care Home provides personal and nursing care to 55 older people, most of whom are living with dementia, across three separate units with adapted facilities. The service can support up to 76 people. Staff are competent and know residents well, having been safely recruited. People are supported to stay safe, with medicines well-organised and administered safely. The environment is clean and follows current infection prevention and control guidelines.

The newly registered manager is competent and clear about their responsibilities, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. They routinely monitor and analyse the safety and quality of care provided, and are committed to learning from any issues that arise to continuously improve the service.
