About Laurel Dene

Laurel Dene provides personal and nursing care to up to 99 older people, including those with dementia, in a single adapted building. At inspection, 86 people were using the service. Residents felt safe and well cared for by staff who were safely recruited and present in sufficient numbers to meet their needs. Medicines were administered appropriately when required.

The home received mixed feedback about food quality but actively sought and acted on resident input to address concerns regularly. Risk management plans provided detailed guidance to staff on supporting people safely.
