Halsey House

Halsey House provides personal and nursing care to up to 89 people, including those living with dementia. A separate dementia unit operates alongside the main building. At inspection, 55 people were using the service. The home spans three floors with many ensuite bedrooms and shared living areas on each level. An enclosed, wheelchair-accessible garden is available for residents, relatives and visitors.

Following the previous inspection, the home reviewed its quality assurance systems. Staff demonstrated good knowledge of safeguarding procedures and responded appropriately to concerns raised. Residents and relatives spoke positively about the care provided, with family members noting staff treated their loved ones with dignity and respect.
