St Michaels Court

St Michael's Court provides nursing care to up to 86 people, including older and younger residents living with dementia, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. The home is spread across three floors, each with its own dining and lounge facilities. At the time of inspection, 38 people were using the service.

The inspection identified significant concerns with medicines management and administration practices. Staff guidance on residents' medication preferences was inadequate, with poor records about how people wanted to take their medicines. Training requirements were not being met, with staff missing essential courses across the home.
