Hallmark Anisha Grange Luxury Care Home

Anisha Grange accommodates up to 74 older people across three units, including those with dementia and nursing needs. At the time of inspection, 65 residents lived at the service. The home is organized into three communities: Valentine (nursing), Primrose (primarily dementia care), and Autumn Way (personal care). Residents provided consistently positive feedback, with one person saying, "I couldn't be in a better place with lovelier people." All residents spoken with reported feeling safe and happy.

The service has invested significantly in ensuring residents enjoy full and varied lives with numerous activities available. Residents noted they had so much to do they couldn't always fit everything in and were never bored. Staff demonstrated strong competence in their roles and received high-quality training that encouraged continuous professional development. Residents were supported to maintain choice and control over their lives, with care provided in the least restrictive way possible.
