Leonard Lodge provides personal care with accommodation for up to 60 people, caring for 45 residents at the time of inspection. The service has implemented robust procedures to protect visitor safety, following national and local guidance. A system of "dirty and clean" pens in the reception area ensures visitors only use clean writing implements, with used pens kept separately and disposed of to reduce cross-contamination risks.

Care staff are restricted from accessing back-of-house areas including the kitchen and laundry, maintaining clear separation between care and operational zones.
