Halden Heights Care Community

Halden Heights Care Community provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 101 older people, including those with dementia, across five units on three floors. At the time of inspection, 75 people were living at the service. One floor offers rehabilitation care provided by NHS employees, supporting people's recovery following hospital admission before returning home.

Residents and relatives expressed strong satisfaction with the service. One resident commented, "It feels quite good living here, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful," while another praised staff as "excellent." Relatives described the environment as "absolutely lovely" and noted that "everyone [is] caring." People felt safe at the service and comfortable with each other. Staff demonstrated clear understanding of their responsibilities for protecting residents from harm, and registered nurses managed medicines safely.
