Acacia House provides nursing and personal care for up to 47 people aged 65 and over, predominantly those with dementia. The service operates from one adapted building with a newer annexe and currently accommodates 34 residents.

Relatives expressed strong satisfaction with the care their family members receive. One described a recent visit, saying, "When we did a window visit the other day, she looked the best she has done in a long time," and added, "It's excellent we are pleased. " Another relative shared that their family member told their DoLS assessor, "I don't know where I am but I don't want to be anywhere else," noting that this reassurance gave the family confidence.

Relatives consistently reported that their loved ones are well cared for and happy at the home.
