Hothfield Manor Acquired Brain Injury Centre provides care and rehabilitation for 32 older people and younger adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. The service operates two distinct units. The Neurological Rehabilitation Unit admits people directly from hospital following traumatic brain injuries, non-degenerative neurological conditions, and spinal injuries.

Residents typically stay for around 12 weeks, during which they work intensively on regaining independence with support from a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and technicians.
