Hadleigh Nursing Home

Hadleigh Nursing Home accommodates up to 54 people requiring nursing, residential and dementia care. At the time of inspection, 20 people were using the service.

The provider demonstrated strong staff recognition and support during challenging times. A virtual 'Hero's Day' acknowledged staff dedication throughout the pandemic, with particular recognition given to Hadleigh's team for their response to a COVID-19 outbreak. Staff were actively involved in planning how to commemorate those lost during the outbreak, showing compassionate engagement with the grieving process.
