Barking Hall provides care for people with sufficient numbers of suitably trained staff who respond promptly to requests for assistance. Staff are kind and caring, knowing residents as individuals. The environment is comfortable and safe, with dementia-friendly signage throughout to help people locate toilets, dining areas and lounges.

Residents are supported to remain engaged with a range of meaningful activities, including weekly trips tailored to their preferences.

People receive nutritional meals with appropriate support to reduce risks of malnutrition or dehydration. The service provides support for people at the end of their life, with managers planning to enhance end of life care planning. The home works well with other organisations to ensure residents receive joined up care.
