Waterfield House

Waterfield House is a residential care home providing personal care to 42 older people, some living with dementia. The service can support up to 76 people across one adapted building.

A new manager has been in post since the last inspection and is well-regarded by people, staff and relatives. Improvements have been made in staffing levels, staff morale and governance systems, with further improvements planned. Safety systems are in place, with risks being assessed and guidance provided to staff on how to reduce risks. Staff receive training in safeguarding.
