Haddon Hall Care Home

Haddon Hall Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 75 people, including older people, those living with dementia, and younger adults. At inspection, 61 people were using the service. The home operates across three floors in a single building, with communal areas and balcony space on each floor. All bedrooms feature ensuite bathroom facilities.

However, inspectors identified significant safety concerns. People were not always protected from known risks, and care plans lacked sufficient detail on how to support people with skin integrity and hydration needs. Monitoring records for repositioning and fluid intake had not been fully completed or consistently reviewed by staff.
