Grove House Home for Older People

Grove House Home for Older People provides accommodation and personal care for up to 47 people across two floors, divided into four court areas. At the time of inspection, 31 people were living in the home.

The provider's quality assurance systems failed to identify that care and treatment was not always delivered safely. Audits and checks were ineffective in identifying risks to people's health and safety, and staff practice was not consistently monitored. Whilst residents reported being happy living in the home, care and treatment was not provided consistently.
