Aarondale Care Home

Aarondale Care Home provides personal care for up to 48 older people, including those living with dementia, across three floors. At inspection, 38 people were residing at the service.

Inspectors found that people's records did not always evidence their wishes and preferences for end of life care and support. The service was advised to improve how it records people's end of life wishes. Previous concerns about the safety, effectiveness and oversight of the service remain, with systems to monitor, assess and improve safety and quality requiring strengthening to ensure people are protected from harm.
