Grindon is a care home accommodating four younger adults with autism, learning disabilities and hearing loss. Three people live in the main house while one occupies an attached flat below. All staff communicate using British sign language to support residents' needs.
The service has been designed to promote choice, independence and inclusion for the people it supports.
