Brooklands Care Home

Brooklands Care Home provides personal care to 43 people living with dementia across two floors of an adapted building. At inspection, staff were observed to be caring and compassionate, treating people with respect and promoting their individual preferences. People received person-centred care and were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches possible.

Both residents and their relatives reported feeling safe in the care of staff, and the home's policies and systems supported respectful practices that upheld people's dignity and independence.
