Green Trees Care Home

Green Trees provides accommodation and personal care for up to 16 older people. The service ensures people have access to healthcare and are involved in decisions about their care. Partnerships with other agencies and health professionals support effective outcomes, and staff safely manage medicine administration.

Care is planned with regular reviews that involve people in decisions about their own wellbeing. Risk assessments identify potential safety concerns, and the service actively seeks people's opinions during these reviews. Staff have completed safeguarding training and understand their responsibilities in identifying and reporting concerns.
