Green Trees Care Home provides accommodation, nursing and personal care for older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 14 people were living at the home.

The CQC found the service had improved from its previous requires improvement rating to good overall. Inspectors found people's needs and risks were well managed, staff were kind and knew people well, and residents and relatives felt safe and involved in care planning. Managers were approachable, and systems for monitoring quality and learning from feedback were in place.
