Roseacres

Roseacres accommodates up to 35 older people and those living with dementia in an adapted two-floor home with lift access. The home features en-suite rooms for some residents, communal bathrooms, dining and living areas, and a large garden. At inspection, 29 people were using the service.

While residents and relatives reported receiving safe care, inspectors found that risks associated with people's care and health were not always managed appropriately. Many risk assessments lacked clear guidance on how to mitigate identified risks effectively.
