Greenhill Care Home

Greenhill Care Home provides personal care to 67 older people, some living with dementia, across two self-contained units. Each floor has bedrooms, lounges, dining areas, kitchenettes and bathrooms. Staff deliver personalised care based on individual needs, with team members knowing residents well and involving them in all decisions about their care. Residents are happy living at the home and relatives express trust in the staff team's care.

The service is characterised by kind, caring and motivated staff who respect residents' privacy, dignity and independence. Staff actively encourage people to maintain their interests and hobbies from before moving to the home and support participation in a wide range of activities. Residents, relatives and external professionals have been complimentary about the quality of care provided, with staff consistently delivering support responsive to people's likes, dislikes and individual preferences.
