Graysford Hall

Graysford Hall is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 72 people across three floors. The facility includes communal dining and social areas on each floor and an accessible garden. At inspection, 32 people were using the service.

Residents feel safe and confident voicing concerns, which staff act upon promptly. Staff undergo safe recruitment processes and demonstrate good knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to respond to abuse concerns. Clear governance processes ensure people are protected from abuse and any allegations are properly investigated and addressed.
