Clarendon Beechlands

Clarendon Beechlands is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 18 people, including those with a learning disability, autistic people, people with mental health conditions and younger adults. The CQC's latest assessment found significant improvement since the service was placed in Special Measures. It is now rated Good overall and no longer inadequate in any area.

Inspectors found care plans were accurate and regularly reviewed, and staff knew people well, supporting their routines and choices. People were encouraged to take part in their local community, and staff were observed to be kind and respectful. The culture had improved under new management, with people appearing more relaxed and staff more positive.
