Frenchay Park Gardens provides nursing and personal care for up to 33 older people. At the time of inspection, 22 residents were living at the home.

Residents expressed contentment with their care, saying staff were "really nice" and that they felt safe. One resident noted they would be relieved when the pandemic ended but felt "all ok" in the meantime. Staff reported being happy in their roles, with one describing how the team had "pulled together throughout the pandemic.

" Staff also felt safe at work, wearing appropriate PPE and receiving regular breaks.

The home maintained safe infection prevention and control procedures, including proper wearing and disposal of protective equipment.
