Goodwins Hall Care Home

Goodwins Hall provides nursing and personal care to up to 78 people across two floors, divided into three units named Kingfisher, Skylark and Canary. The service supports people with nursing care needs, including those living with dementia and physical healthcare needs. At inspection, 71 people were using the service.

However, inspectors found that people were not always receiving their medicines on time in line with healthcare professionals' recommendations. Medicines were administered later than required, or not given at regular intervals throughout the day to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
