The home provides nursing and residential care for up to 48 older people, with 28 residents at the time of inspection. Staff actively promoted the essential care giver role, enabling families to remain involved in residents' care. The service had repurposed areas of the building creatively, including setting up a dedicated visiting pod with direct outdoor access to support safe visits.

The home had implemented infection prevention measures, including COVID-19 screening for visitors and provision of personal protective equipment. These measures helped protect both residents and their visitors during visits.
