Micado Homes - Drayton Lodge

Micado Homes – Drayton Lodge provides care for up to 6 adults with mental health needs. At inspection, 5 people were living at the service. Residents felt well supported with their needs being met, and they had good relationships with staff and each other. The home supported people to develop skills through shopping, cooking, and a variety of activities both inside and outside.

Staff worked closely with external professionals to assess, plan and monitor people's needs, empowering residents to understand and make decisions about their own care. Risks to people's safety and wellbeing were assessed and planned for appropriately. People received their medicines safely and as prescribed, and the environment was clean and well maintained.
