This nursing care home accommodates 47 residents in a listed building spread across two floors, with spacious communal areas and outdoor space available. The service provides personal and nursing care to people who require this level of support.

Staff who regularly work at the home knew residents well and provided familiar care. However, there were concerns about the effectiveness of medicine management systems, putting people at risk. Agency staff did not have the same level of knowledge about residents' needs. The fire service identified actions needed to improve fire safety at the home, and work on these improvements was underway. Despite these issues, residents and their relatives reported feeling safe.
