Inspectors identified significant concerns around the provider's systems for managing fire safety, health and safety, and infection prevention and control. Staff deployment was ineffective, with feedback from residents and families highlighting that low staffing levels negatively impacted safety and the quality of care provided. Issues were also noted with recruitment processes.
