The CQC rated the home Good overall, an improvement from its previous Requires Improvement rating, having found earlier breaches around medicines management and person-centred care had been resolved.

Inspectors found detailed, well-reviewed risk assessments, sufficient staff numbers, and robust recruitment and training. People and relatives spoke positively about their care, feeling involved in decisions and supported towards personal goals. Leadership was open to feedback, though the provider acknowledged recent changes had been challenging, with communication with relatives still being strengthened.
