Garden Hill Care Centre

Garden Hill Care Centre provides personal care for up to 40 people, with some residents living with dementia. At inspection, 32 people were living at the home.

Residents felt safe and spoke highly of staff, describing them as kind, patient and dignified in their approach. One resident said, "The staff are very good, and we have plenty of laughs. They are very kind and give any help we need," while another commented, "The staff are lovely people and I have a great respect for them, they are empathetic to me as well."

People were safeguarded from abuse and risks to individuals and the environment were well managed. The home maintained adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs and learned from accidents and incidents to improve safety.
