Chichester Court Care Home

Following a recent Covid-19 outbreak, the provider implemented a robust action plan to strengthen infection prevention and control practices. Staff consistently wore protective personal equipment and maintained regular hand hygiene, with the home kept clean and tidy. Care plans were updated and transferred to the provider's paperwork to reflect current needs, though inspectors identified that additional information about specific interventions and preferences would strengthen documentation. Fluid charts were not consistently completed in full.
