Foxburrow Grange

Foxborrow Grange is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 69 people across four separate wings, with two wings specialising in care for people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, there were 58 people using the service. A small minority of residents had a learning disability, with nursing identified as their primary care need.

The home is expected to ensure that autistic people and those with learning disabilities receive the choices, dignity, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.
