Fountains Care Home

Fountains Care Home is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 80 people in a purpose-built facility across four wings, two of which specialise in dementia care. At inspection, 24 people lived at the home. The home offers a range of communal areas including a bistro and a well-maintained garden.

People felt safe at the home, with staff and management demonstrating effective safeguarding practices and well-managed risk assessments. Medicines were managed safely and administered when needed. The home maintained adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs, with recruitment processes in place for new staff. The home was clean with effective infection control measures throughout.
