Blossomfield Grange

Blossomfield Grange is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 109 people across three floors, with 61 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports adults, including those living with dementia, across two distinct provision types: Assisted Living and Reminiscence care for people with dementia.

People are supported to remain safe and protected from harm, with individual risk assessments and care plans tailored to how people want to be supported. The home maintains sufficient trained staff to meet residents' needs, including safe medicine administration. Incidents and accidents are investigated and analysed to help reduce the risk of recurrence.
