Elizabeth House

Elizabeth House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 20 people, some of whom live with dementia. At inspection, 18 people were resident at the home. The registered manager demonstrated proactive engagement with relatives, telephoning them to understand their expectations around visiting arrangements. Relatives and people using the service expressed satisfaction with the availability of a visiting pod that enabled regular safe contact. The home's physical environment supports infection control through single occupancy bedrooms, social distancing measures where possible, and good ventilation systems.
