Creynolds Lane

Creynolds Lane provides support for up to four people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, four people were using the service. Residents felt safe and at ease around staff who understood their needs and knew how to keep them safe. Staff were trained to recognise and report abuse, and they understood the risks to people's health, safety and wellbeing and how to support them appropriately.

The service had sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs. Staff recruitment processes were managed centrally by the registered provider and included appropriate checks.
