Foley Grange

Foley Grange accommodates up to 66 people in one adapted building, providing residential care and personal support for older people with dementia, mental health conditions, or sensory impairment needs. At the time of inspection, 36 people were using the service. People felt safe and supported by staff, who demonstrated knowledge of different types of abuse and reporting procedures. The registered manager understood their safeguarding responsibilities and took steps to protect people from harm. Care was planned individually, with potential risks to residents identified and managed appropriately.
