The Grove

The Grove is a care home accommodating twelve people with acquired brain injuries. The service is designed to enable residents to live as ordinary a life as any citizen, promoting choice, independence and inclusion. During inspection, staff were observed supporting residents across various activities and interactions, with care provided in line with individual needs and preferences. The premises and care provision were found to be good overall, though governance arrangements require improvement to ensure consistent oversight and management of the service.
