Nightingale Court

Nightingale Court provides residential care and personal care to up to 43 older people, many with dementia. At inspection, 32 people were using the service, which operates across three floors of one adapted building.

Care risks are monitored and managed to keep people safe, with sufficient staffing to meet residents' needs. While the home experiences busy periods and occasional unplanned staff absences, staff confirmed people remained safe during these times. However, inspectors identified that communication within the staff team could improve, with a need for greater openness and transparency so that concerns can be properly addressed.
