Coppice Lodge

Coppice Lodge provides care for up to eight younger people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, or mental health needs. Six people were living at the home during the inspection. The service is designed to support people in living meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence, offering person-centred support tailored to individual needs. The home is designed to blend into its domestic surroundings, with no identifying signs, cameras, or industrial features visible from outside.

The home had experienced staffing changes in its management, and inspectors identified that further work was needed to develop a consistently open and honest culture where staff felt confident escalating concerns about people's care.
