Coppice Lodge

Coppice Lodge, in Worcestershire, provides accommodation and support for younger and older adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and autistic people. The CQC rated the home Good overall, an improvement from the previous Requires Improvement rating. A new manager had been appointed and had built an open, transparent culture, and a full refurbishment had made the environment homely, welcoming and clean.

Inspectors found staff delivered person-centred care with kindness and respect, supporting people to make choices, pursue their goals and engage with their community. Leaders promoted an inclusive culture, listened to feedback, and worked well with health professionals to achieve positive outcomes for people living there.
