Flixton Manor

Flixton Manor accommodates up to 38 older adults, including those living with dementia, in an adapted single building. At inspection, 35 people were living at the home. People and their relatives reported positive views of the care provided, and staff noted significant improvements in the home's leadership since a new manager arrived. The provider worked in partnership with the local council to address concerns raised prior to inspection.

However, inspectors identified shortfalls in medicines management and took immediate steps during the inspection to address these issues.
